Aug 2006: “It’s nice to know that there are still people who take such pleasure in doing special things and making others feel good . . . Thank you, Amy, you’re really a special person. Jenny & Sara”

Aug 2006: “Last week, Daddy offered to buy Jenny a younger horse in which to train with. Wow, I thought that was fantastic since he doesn't much care for equines. Our very close friends just purchased a new horse for their daughter. I think I told you about them, their old guy has navicular and is now a pasture pet. We let Jenny ride him the other day after Lexie's lesson with Noel. I wanted to see how she handled a younger, more energetic charge. After which I told her that Dad said it was time she got a younger horse so I asked Jenny if she wanted a gaited horse or a quarter horse. Her answer was simple. "I want Jet as long as he wants me." I have explained that Jet can jog, we’ve never asked him to do it, maybe he knows that not take her any further than what she has gotten from him. Yes, he trots, and he is even cantering. But I don't allow too long a session of either gait. I'm going to see if he knows how to

gait too. Regardless, Noel said if she works hard enough with him, he will be ready to show next year. She is so excited. By the way, he likes Cinnamon Crunch Cereal.”
