Jet settles in as schooling horse: Jet came to us with an ulcerated
left eye. It was removed with no problems for this old equine, and he
is now giving a young girl much happiness as her horsey friend. Here is
a note from Jets seven year old Junior Rancher rider in April 06
and then four months later.
April 2006: Thank you for lending Jet to me. I appreciate it
and I love him very much! He did very great at his vet visit [having his
teeth floated] and as soon as he was done N. put him outside because after
his shot he was in lala land [from the anesthetic]. Mom says he was drunk!
Well I guess I just wanted to say thank you for letting us use him.

| Doesn't he look good tacked up? |
He may be old and partially blind,
but he still has
a lot of love to give! |
Aug 2006: You said he changed color in the summer, but
you didn't say he looked this gorgeous! And muscles.....look at those
front leg muscles ripple! |
